The Everlook B&B offers you an exceptionally high standard of Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Builth Wells.
Facilities & Access Statement
The Everlook is a 3-storey Victorian semi-detached villa, built in 1896 and completely refurbished
by us during 2007-08. We are situated on a quiet, dead-end road in the centre of Builth Wells, overlooking the Groe Park and
River Wye. We have off-road parking to the side of the house for 3 cars. Cars may also be parked on the road in front of the house.
Access to the house is via a concrete and slate chip path, with one step up to the front door.
Guest bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house, via a wide carpeted staircase
with handrails. The twin and 1st floor double bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, and the 2nd floor
double bedroom has a large private shower room. The shower cubicles are spacious, fully tiled, and purpose-built
with a small step up into them. There are no baths.
There is a large breakfast room and guest lounge on the ground floor, which is open all day for your
use and boasts a large selection of books, magazines and board games for you to borrow during your stay with us. We also have a large
enclosed garden, accessed via gates at the side of the house.
