Terms & Conditions of Your Stay

Prices and information contained on this website are correct as of January 2010,  but are subject to change without prior notice or warning.

A cheque deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. *Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to 3pm of arrival date for a full refund of the deposit amount. We reserve the right to retain the deposit amount for any cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in (official time being 3pm on check-in day), or for no-shows.

Sorry, but we do not have family or single rooms, nor the facilities to accommodate babies or persons under the age of 18. We're a quiet and completely non-smoking premises, and we do not accept guest pets within the house.

*Any bookings made with us and confirmed by us, either in writing or verbally, are not guaranteed. We have the right to cancel any booking for personal reasons which we are not obliged to explain and any deposits will be returned in full. In such cases we are not obliged to find you alternative accommodation.
